The Trafalgar Night Dinner

The Trafalgar Night Dinner is an annual black-tie event held on or around 21 October, commemorating Admiral Lord Nelson’s victory at the Battle of Trafalgar. The evening honors naval tradition, British heritage, and the enduring transatlantic friendship between the United Kingdom and the United States. Featuring all the trappings of a traditional naval mess dinner—including salutes, bosun’s calls, and a toast of port to His Lordship’s immortal memory—the event welcomes representatives from the British Embassy’s Naval Attaché’s Office.
